The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of our Tulsi gift cards.
1. Tulsi gift card can be redeemed online at mytulsi.co.uk in part or full payment for goods (exclusions apply)
2. Protect this card and treat it as cash; lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced.
3. The gift card will expire in 24 months from purchase or last use.
4. This gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against another card purchase. We do not give change, cash or debit card/card refunds on gift card transactions. Any balance will remain on the gift card and may be applied to future purchases provided that the card has not expired.
5. This card cannot be used to discharge indebtness in respect of an account card or credit card issued nor can it be used to purchase any financial service or product.

7. Where a Gift card is used against a purchase value that used gift card value will not accrue against an entitlement to loyalty points.
8. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card or e-gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
9. We reserve the right to amend the gift card and e-gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
