  • To the extent it is permitted by law to do so, we accept no liability for any damage, injury or loss suffered due to our use of your Content.
  • We will only use personal information supplied by you for the purposes of posting your Content, unless you provide your consent for us to use your personal information for any other agreed purpose.

Terms & Conditions of Tulsi’s Loyalty Scheme

Tulsi’s loyalty scheme is subject to a fair usage policy and we reserve the right to terminate any user account that violates any of the following terms and conditions of use:

  • Any Orders placed by the user of the loyalty scheme ‘Loyalty Member’ that accrue loyally rewards or points must be genuine orders with payment for them being made.
  • Any referral or activities undertaken by the Loyalty Member that accrue loyally rewards or points must be genuine.
  • A Loyalty Member is entitled to register and hold only one loyalty account

PRIVACY policy

We receive personal information about you that you give to us, that we collect from your visits to our website, our branches and our social media pages and that we obtain from other sources. We only collect personal information which we need and that is relevant for the purposes for which we intend to use it.

  • the unique identification number of any vouchers you use or in relation to memberships you hold when you use these to claim discounts or offers with us. For example, if you use a student, discount or membership card, we will collect the unique identification number from that card;

  • your payment card and, in relation to certain refunds, your bank account details.
  • the browser you are using, your IP address, URL you came from, URL you next go to, ect.
  • the number of individuals in your party and, for pre-booked tables, the number of children in your party;

  • the frequency of your use of vouchers including downloads and their unique deification numbers issued by us, table reservations; and

What do we use your personal information for?

We use your personal information for a variety of reasons.  We rely on different legal grounds to process your personal information, depending on the purposes of our use and the risks to your privacy.  You will only receive unsolicited marketing communications from us if you have consented and can opt-out of receiving them at any time. Disclosure of your information by us

We only disclose your personal information outside our business in limited circumstances. How do we safeguard your personal data: Tulsi uses industry standards to protect personal information such as encryption and firewalls.

How to access your personal data: Under the General Protection Regulations 2018 any former, current or new client’s whom Tulsi hold data for have a right to access that data; this can be done by submitting an Subject Access Request Form to us. Upon receipt we will aim to comply with this request within 30 calendar days. By submitting personal information or continuing to use this website you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as setout within this policy. In the event of any changes to our policy these will be made on the website and in such case your continued use will be considered as an agreement to any such change(s).
