In order to receive points all you need to do is make sure you logged in at the time of ordering with us online & the points will automatically collect a chilli point for each transaction worth £10 or more.* Reward and Points are excluded from being applied to gift card purchases.

You’ll be able to see your current points within your loyalty dashboard and if you have redeemable points for a reward, you’ll be reminded automatically on your next order.

Points means rewards or if you’re feeling something else, you can convert your points into a redeemable credit against your entire order purchase.* Reward credits may be excluded from being applied to specific products such as drinks, gift cards, ect. Each time you visit us and spend £10 or more* per day, you’ll receive a Chilli Point, and Chillies lead to Rewards! Don’t forget to register your card to earn Rewards.

  • Green Reward (3 Chilli Points): Any Hot drink
  • Orange Reward (6 Chilli Points): A ¼ chicken, quesadilla, burrito or any side
  • Red Reward (10 Chilli Points): A ½ chicken or any waffle, sundaes or milkshake (excluding Chicken Butterfly products)
  • Gold Reward (15 Chilli Points): Forget a reward item, enjoy an £15 reward off your entire meal!

Referral Points & Associated Terms and Conditions

At Tulsi we love to reward our loyalty members that spread the good word of us. For this reason we have a referral scheme.

A loyalty member is some who has registered for a loyalty account using mytulsi.co.uk and actively engages in our food and services.

Where a registered loyalty member recommends another person (hereinafter the ‘Referred Member’) to join our loyalty scheme, via a unique referral code generated from their Referral Dashboard and the Referred Member uses that link to (a) register for a loyalty account and (b) finalises an order for goods or services, the loyalty member who made the referral will receive a Referral Point (hereinafter ‘Referral Loyalty Point’)

By making a referral via Tulsi’s Referral dashboard, you are agreeing to the below and following general terms of use:

  • Upon a Referral Loyalty Point be awarded this will be recorded within the Referral Dashboard and redeemable for use upon a total of 3 Referral Loyalty Point being earned
  • The value of a Referral Loyalty Point may vary from time to time, at our discretion, and the live redeemable value will be confirmed within the Referral Dashboard.
